Shipping Times
Your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners (e.g., LBC, J&T Express, Ninja Van, or JRS Express) depending on your location and the option you select at checkout.
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days
Note: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if products come from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping fee but may result in separate deliveries.
Tracking of orders
Once your order has been placed, you will first receive an order confirmation email or SMS. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account or by using the tracking link provided. Our courier partners, such as LBC, J&T Express, Ninja Van, and JRS Express, also provide online tracking on their websites and apps for real-time delivery updates. If you can’t find your package after the courier marks it as delivered, please check around your delivery area such as your front gate, neighbors, reception, or security desk. If it still hasn’t turned up, kindly contact us immediately so we can assist you.
